Location: on the n/w corner of Main Road and Depot Lane, Cutchogue
Description: This site plan is for the conversion of an existing automotive repair shop
and gasoline service station to a convenience store and gasoline service
station on an 18,473 sq. ft. lot in the Hamlet Business Zoning District.
Status: New Site Plan
Action: Review revised site plan and applicant’s submission, including a traffic
analysis. Review applicant’s request to the County to re-consider their
original recommendation to deny the project.
Attachments: Staff Report, Traffic Analysis, and applicant’s letter addressed to the
County with the response from the County.

Location: Wickham Avenue, Mattituck
Description: expansion of boat storage and offices
Status: The approved site plan was extended to February 9, 2010.
Action: The applicant requests an extension of time for the architect to complete
his drawings.

Location: southwest corner of Wells Road and State Route 25 in Peconic
Description: 80/60 Conservation Subdivision on 32.83 acres of land. Lot 1 equals
65,562 sq. ft., Lot 2 equals 77,694 sq. ft., and Lot 3 equals 29.5416
acres and is proposed to be preserved through a Sale of Development
Rights to the Town of Southold
Status: Sketch Approval
Action: Discuss grant of drainage easement to Town by applicant.

Description: This proposed standard subdivision is to subdivide a 4.28-acre parcel

and Lot 3 equals 90, 023 sq. ft, in the R-40 Zoning District.
Status: Sketch Approval

Location: on the s/s/o NYS Route 25 and the n/s/o Leslie's Road, approximately
1,500 feet e/o Bay Avenue, in Peconic
Description: This proposal is for a conservation subdivision of a 24.97-acre parcel
into three lots where Lot 1 equals 1.71 acres, Lot 2 equals 1.71 acres
and Lot 3 equals 21.55 acres from which the Development Rights to
21.22 acres have been purchased by The County of Suffolk for the
purpose of farmland preservation.
Status: Conditional Final Approval
Action: Review Final Access Easement for drainage.

2 would total 28.743 acres and will be preserved as open space, in the
LB Zoning District.
