Y. , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 16, 1962 as Map No. 3683, said lot being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southwesterly side of Eastwood Drive distant southeasterly 289.65 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Midwood Road and said southwesterly side of Eastwood Drive; RUNNING THENCE South 32 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East along said southwesterly side of Eastwood Drive, 130 .00 feet to a concrete monument and Lot No. 4 on said map; THENCE South 57 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds West along the divi- sion line between Lot Nos. 4 and 5, 160.00 feet to a concrete monu- ment and land now or formerly of Platt; THENCE North 32 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West along said land now or formerly of Platt and land now or formerly of Cahill, 130 .00 feet to a concrete monument and Lot No. 6 on said map; THENCE North 57 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East along the divi- sion line between lot Nos. 5 and 6; 160.00 feet to the concrete monument on the southwesterly side of Eastwood Drive and the point ' or place of BEGINNING.
