Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated
as and by the Lot No.11 on a certain map entitled "Map of Terry Waters at

radius of 70,00 feet and arc length of 103.09 feet. Said curve connects the
Southerly side of Waters Edge Way and the Easterly side of Rambler Road. Said
point being the point or place of. beginning.
RUNNING THENCE in a Northerly direction along the Easterly side of Rambler.
Road along the arc of a curve bearing the right having a radius of 325.00 feet
and arc length of 113.45 feet.
THENCE South 77 degrees, 21 minutes, 07 seconds East, 150.00 feet
THENCE along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 175.00
feet and arc length of 87.84 feet.
