Hilary, LWRP Coordinator February l0,2009 Chapter 268, WATERFRONT CONSISTENCY REVIEW Administrative Permit for LORRAINE CONNOLLY SCTM# 107-9-9 LORRAINE CONNOLLY requests an Administrative Permit to remove portions of an existing concrete driveway and bricked areas and add a new gravel driveway; and a letter of no-jurisdiction to construct a new garage, renovate the existing dwelling by constructing a second-floor addition, construct a porch addition, and relocate the house entrance from the front to the side of the house. Located: 3505 Wickham Ave., Mattituck. SCTM#107-9-9 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to us, it is our recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with LWRP policy standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. The following BMP is recommended: 1) Establish a minimum 20' non-turf vegetative buffer landward of the 1.5' Tall Concrete Wall, 1' Tall Frame Tie Wall and Flush FR. Tie Curb as depicted on site plan-stamped January 27th 2009. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
