This is to certify that the Annual Election of the Fishers Island Fire District was held in
the Firehouse on Fishers Island, New York on December 8, 2009, between the hours of 6
p.m. and 9 p.m. for the purpose of electing a C ,o~missioner in said district for a term of
five years to fill the expired term of James M. Wall.
There were ~05 qualified voters who cast ballots at this meeting and the results of the
