I INTEND TO PRESERVE THE VISUAL QUALITY OF THE AREA BY BUILDING A HOME THAT IS AVERAGE IN SIZE, COLONIAL IN DESIGN AND
GRAY/GREEN IN COLOR. THIS SIMPLE DESIGN WILL BLEND WITH THE WOODED LANDSCAPE FROM EVERY POINT OF VIEW.
THE DEC COVENANT REQUIRES A FENCE THAT PROTECTS THE WETLANDS AREA ON THE WESTWOOD LANE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
I WILL REVIEW PLACEMENT AND SIZE OF THE FENCE WITH THE TOWN .THE FENCE WILL SE W~)OO - ALL NATURAL VEGETATION WILL

DWELLING AND SANITARY SYSTEM HAVE NO NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE WETLANOS OR ENVIRONMENT IF COVENANTS ARE FOLLOWED.

WOODLAND SPACE AND NATURAL HABITAT FOR AREA WILDLIFE. DURING CONSTRUCTION HAY BALES WILL BE PLACE ALONG THE
WETLANDS BOUNDARY, BACKED WITH REMOVABLE PLASTIC FENCING.
THE DEC HAS DETERMINED THE PROTECTED BARRIER FOR THE WETLAND.I INTEND TO MITIGATE THE PROJECT IMPACTS TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PRACTICABLE AND OFFER ( THROUGH A SUBMISSION OF A COVENANT )THAT IN ADDITION TO THE DEC AREA
ALL LAND NOT OCCUPIED BY STRUCTURE OR DRIVEWAY WILL BE RESTORED AFTER CONSTRUCTION AS A NON DISTURBANCE -
