The accessory building, built around 1962 and altered in 2000, has no heat and no cooking appliances. It has been used as a Sitting Room with a half bath for convenience. The bathroom has waste piping underground to the house waste line and ties into the existing septic system. I hereby cerl~y, to the best of my knowledge, the framing and plumbing work have been completed as shown on plans and meets or exceeds NYS code requirements when constructed.
