6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

· All (3) 2"x 10" wood girders in the basement to (3) 1-3/4"x 9-1/2" microlams.
· Replacing the masonry fireplace with a pre-fab fireplace with an 8" foundation wall
below and wood chase as per N.Y.S. code.
· Adding a 6068 sliding glass door to the breakfast bay with a (2) 2"x 12" header
· Removing the sliding glass door in the family room and replacing it with (2) 2842
windows with (2) 2"x 12" headers.
