ALL that certain plot, piece' or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being
at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at..a point on the southerly side of Park Avenue where the north-
easterly corner of premises about to be described and the northwesterly corner
of Lot 6, Plan of Marratooka Park, Suffolk County, File Number 19, intersects same;
Said point being distant 792.00 feet westerly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the westerly side of Marratooka Road and•the southerly side of
Park Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly line of Lot 6 aforesaid South 11 degrees 25
