lying and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Meadow Lane
(which point is North 13 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds East, a
distance of 340.00 feet from the intersection of the easterly
line of Meadow Lane with the northerly line of New Suffolk
Avenue); RUNNING THENCE North 13 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds
East, a distance of 120.23 feet to land now or formerly of Mary
Karen Land; THENCE along said last mentioned land and land now or
formerly of Wickham, North 89 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East,
a distance of approximately 370 feet to land of Wickham and the
westerly side of West Creek; THENCE in a southerly direction

the parties of the first part in and to the meadow, waters, and

other owners of a right-of-way for passage on foot over a certain
Private Road two (2) rods in width running from New Suffolk
Avenue in a southerly direction to Peconic Bay. Said right-of-
way being bounded on the North by New Suffolk Avenue; on the East
by land now or formerly of Beverly King; on the South by ?econic
Bay and on the West by land now or formerly of the Estate of
George H. Case, deceased.
