KATHRYN M. PARSONS, residing at 17 Water Street, A-9, Mystic, Connecticut 06355,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and Good and
Valuable Consideration, actual consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part, forever,
All that piece or parcel of land with improvements thereon situate on Brickyard Road on Fishers
Island, County of Suffolk and State of New York. Said piece or parcel of land is bounded and
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part
in and to said premises.
To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, their
successors and assigns forever.

JOINDER AND CONSENT
The undersigned, Katlu3m M. Parsons, Edwin $. McCarthy and Thomas O. McCarthy, co-trustees of
the 11/11/1988 Trust of Alexandra O. Bjorklund (collectively, "Co-Trustees") hereby consent to and join in
the execution of that certain Quit Claim Deed dated July 5, 2007 by Alexandra O. Bjorklund, as trustee of the
ll/11/1988 Trust of Alexandra O. Bjorklund, patty of the fa'st part, and Kathryn M. Parsons, party of the
second part, conveying certain land with improvements located on Brickyard Road on Fishers Island, County
of Suffolk and State of New York.
