This correction deed is executed and delivered for the sole purpose
of correcting the record due to the erroneous recording of the deed dated
May 8, 2006 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 8,
2006 in Liber 12449 Page 235. Further, this deed is given to confirm that
title should never have been transferred to the party of the first part as
title always remained in the party of the second part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part. in and (o any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all thc
estate and rights o1' thc puny of thc first part in and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premiscs herein
granted unto {he party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second par~ forever.
AND the party ol' the first purl covenants that the putty of the firsl part has not ~Jonc or suffered anything whereby
thc said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
