A regular meeting of the Southold Town Land-Preservation Committee was
held on Tuesday, March 10, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at Southold Town Hall.
A motion was made by Dick Ryan to accept, as read, the Minutes of the
February 4, 1992 meeting. The motion was seconded by Bud Cybulski and
all were in favor.
The committee discussed the recommended appraisals that were forwarded to
the Town Board for approval. Andy Stype will update Moelius, Zuhoski,
Berkman and Pugliese. Michael Gorman will do the Courtenay appraisal.
Patrick Given will do the Dickerson parcels. Richard Winters will do the
appraisals on the Herbert O. Cassidy and San Andres Vineyard parcels.
Gerry Dennehy called Arthur Kunz's office and asked that they send a
copy of the January 28th Minutes of the Farm Select Committee. There
doesn't seem to be any current support for the purchase of agricultural
land by the County.
Regarding the John P. Krupski Bros. property - Stanley Krupski would
like the Town to buy the fee on this property. Art will write to Mr.
Krupski telling him that this property has Iow priority with the committee.
The committee discussed the following:
