WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Captain Kidd Drive distant 614.43
feet Westerly from a monument which is set at themost; Westerly end of the curve
which.connects the Sputherly side of Captain Kidd Drive with the Northwesterly
side of Luthers Road, said point of beginning being also the intersection of the
division line of lots 188 & 189, ,on said map with the Southerly side of Captain
Kidd Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 3 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West along the division line
of lots 188 & 189, 120.0 feet to land now or formerly of Hn-phy;
RUNNING THENCE North 86 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West and parallel with the
Southerly side of Captain Kidd Drive, 100.0 feet to the Easterly line of Iot No.
187 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE North 3 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East along the division line
