THIS INDENTURE,made the 2 day of August nineteen hundred and eighty-nine
BETWEEN
Folly Beach Limited, a New York corporation having its principal place
of business at (No Number) Camp Mineola Road, *ttituck, New York 11952,
party of the first part, and William Tufano and Millicent Tufano, his wife, residing at
35 Ryder Avenue, Dix Hills, New York 11746,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
more fully described in Schedule A hereto (the "Premises") .
This Deed was executed pursuant to the Consent of 1008 of the
shareholders of the party of the first part.

Hamlet of Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and

recorded June 24, 1970 in Liber 6762 cp 36 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County, and being the premises known as "Lot 3" of the Hinor Subdivision
hereinabove referred to.
