The building will be similar to the one approved by the Board on Sept ~0th 1965.( potato storage) Agriculture being one of the Town of Southold's major occupations, I believe it in the best intrest of all to prolong the marketing season as long as possible by storing potatoes and not rushing them out to "flood the market".
