Both structures are located on Suffolk County Tax Map lot number 1000-140-2-5, hereinafter referred to as the "premises". My mother CLARA A. WELLS a/k/a CLARA WELLS FOSTER is the owne~; of the premises. I am well acquainted with the premises having been raised in the hour~j~l(riC~wn,as 280 Hamilt00 Avenue. I was bom in 1949 and lived at 280 Hamilton Avenue until / ~7~0c2. The ho~se~own as 250 Hamilton Avenue existed during the time I resided at 280 Hamilton Avenue. I am advised by my mother and other people who had knowledge of these particular structures and the area in general that the residential structures presently known as 250 Hamilton Avenue, Mattituck, New York 11952 and 280 Hamilton Avenue, Mattituck, New York 11952 were built in the 1920s or the 1930s.
