paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

1960, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 30, 1960

feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side
of Moose Trail with the westerly side of Little Neck Road;

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
