Coordination of final site design / Landscaping with DPW.
Preparation & Processing of Invoices for work completed to date.
Coordination of leak with Burrs Reliable - HVAC - UV filter Drain Problem
Planning Board:
On-going reviews of Site Plan & Subdivision Applications.
Compliance with Drainage Code and Highway Specifications.
Meetings with Planning Staff to Review Projects & recommend modifications for compliance.
Goldsmith Inlet Jetty Project:
On-going SEQRA process. Chick Vorheis, Martin Finegan & Jennifer Andaloro.
Review Final Scope and Conference calls with Offshore Coastal Technologies.
Goldsmith Inlet Management Plan review with Mark Terry.
Review options & drainage alternatives surrounding the Inlet.
MS4 Storm-water Requirements:
Final NOI submission to DEC. Preparation of Public Outreach Program Information.
Continue to research options and Town Programs for compliance with NOI.
MS4 Meetings & coordination with Been Keenan, Sea Grants / DEC representative.
Storm-water meetings:
Storm Water Committee Meeting held to review MS4-NOI and specific drainage problems
located throughout Town.
Coordination with Building Department on issues related to achievement of compliance with
the Drainage Code.
Preparation of Plans and Specifications for three projects on Arshamomoque Pond.
(Project funded by DEC Grant - Mark Terry)
Board
of Trustees:
Coordination of County Bridge Project on Grand Avenue in Mattituck.
Review drainage plans & Permit Requirements for compliance with Drainage Code.
LWRP - Ongoing Coordination of LWRP issues.
In house discussions related to program requirements.
Peconic School Project:
Meeting with DPW and Town Board Liaisons to evaluate next step in renovation.
Coordination of Value Engineering to establish a project within Budget for 2009.

Transportation Commission:
Coordination with Suffolk County DPW related to traffic Speed Limits on County Route 48.
Coordination with County DPW related to Southold Hamlet Bus Shelter Location at Library.
Coordination with State DOT - Sponsorship Agreement for Orient Causeway Seawall Project.
Hamlet Implementation Panel:
Fishers Island Mobil Station Project- Prepare grade elevations for read reconstruction project.
Coordination with Peter Harris to review the request of the Fishers Island HIP.
Coordination with County DPW for Bus Shelter Locations in Southold Hamlet.
Bittner
Preserve:
Coordination of Demolition work with Iow Bidder. Site Inspection of on-going work.
Preparation of parking lot layout for new preserve.
Cochren Park Site plan for new Basketball Court
Mitchell Property Drainage Easement. Coordination of new drainage work within Easement.
Ongoing review of road opening permits / inspections.
Department of Transportation Seawall Project:
Coordination of PPA (Project Participation Agreement) with DOT for Local Sponsorship.
Review & coordination of proposed seawall expansion project to upgrade easterly end of
existing seawall. Contact at DOT - Greg Williams.
New design to be maintained as pedestrian friendly.
Coordination of proposed work with Town Trustees
Investigation of drainage complaints on behalf of the Highway Department.
Coordination and design of new drainage facilities to reduce storm water related issues.
Coordination with DEC to review Storm-water related issues.
Silvermere Road - Prepare Schematic Plans for DEC review and comment.
Building Department SWPPP Review:
Review of storm-water pollution prevention plans. Compliance with Chapter 236
Recommendations for best management practice related to building construction permits.
Coordination & Site Inspection of Drainage project / Santorini Site Plan / Storm-water Run-off from
Duck Pond Road. Design and implementation of Storm-Water Retention Pond for the Town.
