MINUTES
Present were: Dick Ryan,Brian Murphy, Alice Hussie, Joe Krukowski,
Reed Jarvis, Jim Pim, Melissa Spiro, Fred Lee, Marion Summer, Keith
Behrens and Donna Geraghty.
John and Cathryn Sidor property - Reed hasn't heard from Mr. Sidor.
He is busy planting. Reed will contact him. Melissa said she met
with Mr. Sidor but nothing will be done until the survey comes in.
John and Sandra Scott property - the Peconic Land Trust was meeting
with them. No further information at this time.
George Dunn application - the committee further discussed this application.
Melissa has not heard from Donna Geraghy, the agent for this property.
There are some questions regarding the right-of-way. Donna Geraghty
then appeared at the meeting. She has an exclusive on this property.
They hired her to sell the entire parcel and to set off a 5 acre piece.
There are several owners of this property. The committee told Ms.
Geraghty that they would have to have the written consent of all the
owners saying that they are willing to sell the property, not the consent
of just one.
DiBartolo application - the committee reviewed this application. Dick
will acknowledge the application and see what figure they are looking
for.
Ernst application - they still have not come in with a completed map.

Kaloski property - they are interested in selling the 4 acre piece. It
cannot be sold unless it is subdivided. Melissa will keep the committee
posted on this.
Dam Pond Acquisition - the committee discussed the possible acquisition
of the Dam Pond property by the Town. A motion was made by Jim Pim
and seconded by Dick Ryan to support the purchase of the property,
secure reimbursement from the State and have limited public access to the
property. In favor were: Dick Ryan, Jim Pim, Joe Krukowski and Reed
Jarvis. Fred Lee abstained from voting. The motion was passed.
With no further business to be conducted, the meeting was adjourned at
9:45 p.m.
