Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grant and rel ease unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All thatcertain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
beingkifte at Mattituck , in the Town of Southold , County of Suffolk
/000 and State of new York , known and designated as Lot numbered 26
NAII on a certain map entitled "Map of Property of Lide Bartley ,
05,00 Mattituck , L. I . , N .Y. " , filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
00 Sop County of Suffolk on July 27 , 1922 as Map No. 770, and more
particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Salt Lake Drive, distant 185
(feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Salt Lake Drive with the easterly side of Bay Avenue;

a ,= THENCE easterly parallel with Salt Lake Drive, 60 feet;
THENCE northerly again at right angles to Salt Lake Drive, 120 feet to the south-
erly side of Salt Lake Drive;
THENCE westerly along the southerly side of Salt Lake Drive, 60 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated 9/3/59 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 9/8/59 in Liber 4688 Page 117 .
SUBJECT to any facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to covenants , restrictions , reservations and easements of
record .
Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anythi ng whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in anyway whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
\ will receive the consideration forthis conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trustfund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be conjtrued as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
