THENCE along land of the party of the first part, North 7 degrees 01 minutes
50 seconds East, 150.00 feet to a monument and land of Timbrok;
THENCE along said land of Timbrok, North 89 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East,
180.67 feet to a monument and the said westerly line of Case's Lane;
THENCE along said westerly line, South 9 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West,
155.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
