and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the

of New Yorke bounded and described as follows:

Road with the easterly side of Vanston Road, said point of beginning
being the northwesterly corner of the premises described herein;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 76 degrees 53 minutes
30 seconds East, along the southerly side of Carrington Road, 100. 47

THENCE South 18 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds East, along land of A.
