Financial/Budl~ Issues: On going discussion with the Board regarding
Budget~ wa~fi-~ for budget rzvizw mzeting with Supervisor and Comptroller,
specific need to allow for an additional expenses for new Board Member.

Alter much decision r~garding a letter from David Page to r~open
His closed Meeting from August, a vote was taken, (3) yes- votes,
one- no vote by M_ Simon ARm' continued discussion with Ivlicl:mel, '
he decided to change his vote, a new vote was taken and the
resolution was su'ceessxeul to reopen the hem4nS, on 10/29/09.
