As per discussion with TOWN BOARD at meeting in October.

Time: (9:30 to 3:40PM) Next meeting December 3, 2009
Total resolutions offered at Regular meeting above (14)
Decisions to be written by Assigned Board Members,
and evaluated for a voto~ at Special Meeting in late Dee.
Hearings (9), Hearings Closed (6), Heatings Adjourned (3)
(2) Hearings with the date of 1/14/10, and the other file with
No specific dale.
Decisions from October 29 Regular Meeting will be part of the
deliberations at the November 12, special meeting.
Special Meeting, October 22, 2009. (7)Decisions, (5)Decisions,

one variance and two special, exceptions. The Board will look

GPG and LKW completed the Job Specifications for the proposed
new employee, then submitted specs to the Town Attorney.
Kespectfully, the Posting of the vacancy will be officially be done on
11/2/09 with all interested candidates, who file for the position, must
file by 11/16/09. ]~ suspect that interviews will occur sometime toward
the next week or so.
