WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Souhtold, County of Suffolk and State of New York known
and designated as Lot No. 9 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Bay Homes" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 2, 1972 as
Map No. 5723 being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Leslie's Road distant 1222.60
feet easterly as measured along the southerly side of Leslie's Road from the
corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Bay Avenue with the
southerly side of Leslie's Road;
Running thence along the southerly side of Leslie's Road, North 520 531 30"
East 135.00 feet to the division line between Lots 9 and 10 on the aforesaid map;
Thence along said division line South 340 16'00" East 338.96 feet to land now
or formerly of P. Kujawski ;
Thence along said land South 530 291 00" West 141.23 feet to the division line
between Lots 8 and 9; and

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
