Being the same premises conveyed to Edward L. Wenz by William S. J.
Curley and Eleanor C. Curley, his wife, by deed dated October 20 ,
1960, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October
24, 1960, in Book 4894 of Deeds at page 579.
ALSO, a one-half_ (1/2) interest in and to ALL that certain plot,

Edward L. Wenz died intestate on March 8 , 1982 , a domicile of the
County of Suffolk, State of New York, and Letters of Administration
in his estate were duly issued by the Suffolk County Surrogate' s
p430 Court to Jean Plet, also known as Jean Wenz, the party of the first

part herein.

This conveyance represents a distribution from the Estate of
