ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land , situate, lying
and being at Nassau Point, Cutchoque, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
line of . Sailors Lane , a private road 50 feet wide, with the
southwesterly line of Little Peconic Bay Road, said point of
beginning being distant North 49 degrees 19" seconds West 100 feet
from the intersection of the southwesterly line of Little Peconic
Bay Road with the northwesterly corner of Lot 244 as shown on
"Amended Map A of Nassau Point" , filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk ' s Office as Map No. 156 ; and from said point of beginning
