of Bay Avenue, immediately opposite and across Bay Avenue from Lot
No. 110, as shown on, "Map of Nassau Farms", filed in Suffolk
County on March 28, 1935 as Map No. 1179 more
bounded and described as follows: ' Particularly

extended in a straight line westerly across Bay Avenue to the East
side of Baldwin Creek;
