NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Town Board of the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Hew York, held on the 27th day of
December, 1989, the Town Board enacted the following amendment to the
Town Zoning Code, entitled "Zoning Code of the Town of Southold", together
with the Zoning Map forming a part thereof, as follows, to wit:
Amendment NO. 132 amends the Code of the Town of Southold by chang-
ing from "A-C" Agricultural-Conservation District to "B" Business District

1) The change of zo.nin~, will allow for the continuation and. improvement of an existing

for impact is considered low due to operation of the facility in accordance with
municipal, state and industry standards. The s!te is periodically inspected by the
Town Fire Marshall and has been found to be ~n compliance with standards.
2) The,c, han, ge of zone. will not cause a significant intrusion into a residential
nelgnoornood. Buttering and setbacks can be provided and should be considered by
the Planning Board in conjunction with future land use on this parcel.
