The project as proposed shall have no impact on the community, character of the Town nor will it have any impact on open space. It is felt that this project is consistent with this Policy. 2. The project as proposed involves no excavation or filling and will have no impact upon the archaeological or historic resources of the Town. It is felt that this project is consistent with this Policy. 3. The project as proposed shall have no impact upon the visual quality of the Town nor any impacts upon any scenic resources. Prior Phragmite control at this site has allowed numerous native plant species to passively return to the site. In order to protect the existing Eastern Mud Turtles, no project related activities shall take place between October and March. The project will restore the ecological quality of Northeast Pond. It is felt that this project is consistent with this Policy. 7. The project as proposed shall have no negative impact upon the air quality of the Town. It is felt that this project is consistent with this Policy. 8. The project as proposed does not involve any solid waste and hazardous substances and wastes.
