prepared by Otto H. Van Tuyl , C .E . and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk ' s Office on May 10 , 1940 as Map Number 1310 .
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the

DESIGNATION which Map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 27,
1922 under the Map No. 770 , as are included in the extension of Old
D.,t. 1000 Salt Road from the north line of Salt Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane
(sometimes called Rochelle Place) ; subject to a right of way over
Srr. 14400 the same of the owners of numbered lots on the Map of Salt Lake
Village and others over the same , and together with a right of way
