Dear Town Trustees:
S A M U E L S &
S T E E L M A N
On behalf of my client, Jonathan Zang, we are submitted a new application for a
Trustees permit. Due to a delay in the construction of the project, the previous Trustee
permit # 6247 is about to expire after the 2 extensions. This project already has
received approvals from the DEC, the Suffolk County Dept. of Health, and the Southold
Town Zoning Board of Appeals.
The scope of the project has not changed since the original application in 2005, the site
plans attached are the same as the original. Also enclosed is the Trustees application,
Short Environmental Assessment Form, and the LWRP.
Sincerely,
~ahcy SteCr~an, R.A.
