situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being Lot 67 and part of Lot 68 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastern Shores, Section
2" filed in the office of The Suffolk County Clerk as map No. 4426, more particularly bounded and
described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Westwood Lane at the intersection formed by the
westerly line of Westwood Lane with the southerly line of Lot 67 as shown a certain map entitled
