TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the

second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the phKt..y of the second part forever.

situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being part of Lot 68 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastern Shores, Section 2" filed in
the office of The Suffolk County Clerk as map No. 4426, more particularly bounded and described
as follows;
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Westwood Lane at the intersection formed by the
westerly line of Westwood Lane with the northerly line of Lot 68 as shown a certain map entitled
"Map of Eastern Shores, Section 2' filed in The Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 4426,
said point and place ofbe~nnlng being a distance of 525 feet northerly as measured along the
westerly line of Westwood Lane from the northerly line of Homestead Way;
Running Thence fxom said point and place of be~nning along the westerly line of Westwood Lane
