SCOTT WALLIS, residing at 1200 Willow Drive, Greenport, New York 11944,
party of the first part, and
JAROSLAW WASILEWSKI and ZOFIA WASILEWSKA, as husband and wife, residing at 125
Driggs Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11222
parties ofthe second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the firstpart, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000, Section 040.00, Block 02.00, Lot 006.007, and being
more particularly described on Schedule "A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part herein
by deed dated February 22, 1999, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 1~1999,
in Liber 11950, at Page 403.
SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions of record
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the firstpart in any to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof:TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the parties of the second part forever.
AND the parties of the first part covenants that the parties of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the parties of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
parties of the firstpart will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenport, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No.5, as
shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Homestead Acres at Greenport", and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 17, 1986 as Map No. 8150, which said lot is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Willow Drive where the same is intersected
by the division line between Lots 5 and 6 on the above mentioned map, said point being also distant
1378.51 feet westerly and southerly as measured along the northerly side of Inlet Pond Road and the
westerly side of Willow Drive from the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Westwood Lane with the northerly side of Inlet Pond Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the westerly side of
Willow Drive, South 02 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West, 83.29 feet to the division line between
Lots 4 and 5;
THENCE along said division the following two courses and distances:
1. South 47 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West, 58.99 feet;
2. North 87 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West, 158.29 feet to land now or formerly of
Morrison;
THENCE along said land North 02 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East, 125.00 feet to the
division line between Lots 5 and 6;
THENCE along said division line South 87 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East, 200.00 feet,
to the westerly side of Willow Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING.
The policy to be issued under this report will insure the title to such buildings and
improvements erected on the premises which by law constitute real properS.
