paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Little Neck Road, distant
1542. 76 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the said easterly side of Little Neck Road, with the southerly side
of Eugene ' s Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 89 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds East along land
now or formerly of Ovsianik, a distance of 150. 00 feet to the westerly
line of land, now or formerly of Zeneski;
THENCE South 00 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West along said lands a
distance of 125 . 00 feet to other land of Zeneski;
THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West along said land a
distance of 150 . 00 feet to the easterly line of Little Neck Road;
THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Little Neck Road North

point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises conveyed by Deed dated April 28,
1988 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on May 18 , 1988 in

The making of this conveyance will not render the corporation insolvent.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
