Schedule A
ALL that certain plot. piece or reel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate
lying and being in theTown of Southold* Suffolk County, New York, at
Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, and known and designated as
lot number 101 on map entitled . "Amended Map A of Nassau
Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties,, . Inc. , situate
in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York" surveyed -
June 28, 1922, by Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor of Greenport;
New York, and filed in the office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County, New York, August 16,. 1922, as Map 11156.
And the parties of the second part, for themselves, their
heirs and assigns, do hereby covenant to and with the
party of the first part, her heirs and assigns, that the ;
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, will
not at any time erect any house, on said premises costing
less than $3, 000. 00 each, except the existing houses, and
that not more than two such dwellings shall be erected on
said premises.
The foregoing covenant, restrictions or reservations may be
altered or annulled at any time by agreement between Nassau
Point Club Properties, Inc. , and the owner for the time
being of the premises conveyed hereby, and such agreement - - -
shall not alter or annul said covenants, restrictions or
reservations without the consent of the owner of any adjacent
