PRICE ADJUSTMENTS/INCREASES The Town recognizes that the market price of mineral oil-based products can fluctuate widely during thc course of a contract awarded pursuant to this bid, and will consider justified requests for an upward adjustment(s) in price after award. Requests for price increases based on the cost of materials must be supported by appropriate written documentation by the manufacturer's published price lists or similar documentary evidence. The reasonableness of the request will be determined by comparing the reqnest with the Producer Price Index or by performing a market survey of other bag manufacturers.
