E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New York, March 24, 1926" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on 5/7/26 as Map Number 806, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Wunneweta Road distant 243 feet southerly from the extreme southerly end of an arc of a curve connecting the southerly side of Menhaden Road and the westerly side of Wunneweta Road; RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Wunneweta Road, South 21 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West 126.38 feet to the division line of lots 388 and 389; THENCE along said division line, South 88 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West 293. 18 feet; THENCE North 02 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds West 72 feet; THENCE North 81 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds East 345. 84 feet to the westerly side of Wunneweta Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
