(2) North 11 degrees, 45 minutes, 40 seconds east 144.64 feet;
THENCE along land of B. Horton, South 74 degrees, 57 minutes, 30 seconds East,
158.28 feet to said westerly line of Case' s Lane;
THENCE along said westerly line, South 15 degrees, 02 minutes, 30 seconds West,
144.40 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part,
