WITNESSETH, that the parry of the first put, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the parry of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the parry of the second pan forever,
ALL than certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate

Suffolk and State of New York, as more particularly bounded and
described on the annexed Schedule "A" .

TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the alx,ve described premises to the center litres thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD {he
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the parry'of the first part covenants that the parry of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same fust to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

Nassau Point in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New Yo-k,
shown and designated as and by Lot $388 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Section "D", Nassau Point C1ub. Properties, Inc." and filed in the Office of
theClerk of the County of Suffolk on May 7, 1926 as Map 0806 and said. lot being
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Wunneweta Road at the division
line between Lots 0387 and 0388 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE North 82 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds West, 211.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 2 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds West, 78.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 88 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East, along the division line
between Lots 0388 and 0389 3.18 feet to the northwesterly side of Wunneweta
Road;
THENCE Southwesterly along the northwesterly side of Wunneweta Road, along the
arc of a curve, having a tie line course of South 35 degrees 59 minutes 10
seconds West, 137.86 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
