BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated August 31, 1990 and recorded October 3, 1990 : ` in Liber 11146, Page 21 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office from Edward Broderick wM`. and Janice L.
