LOUIS E. CAIRO and PATRICIA D. CAIRO, his wife, as to an undivided
1/2 interest, residing at 13 Adams Commcns, Shirley, New York 11967
and WILLIAM SCHLEGEL, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, residing at
2079 Decker Avenue, N. Merrick, NY 11566, each 1/2 interest as joint
party of the second,part, tenants with right of survivorship.
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being Wxttx at Nassau Poi nt' or Little Hog Neck, Town of Southold; Suffolk
County, New York; and known and designated as Lot No. 365 on a map entitled,
"Map of Section D,' Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc.*, situated on Nassau Point,
Suffolk County, New York; surveyed March 24, 1926 by Otto W. Van Tuyl , C.E. and
Surveyor; Greenport; New York" , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on May 7, 1926 as Map No. 806:
The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in Deed dated 6121172
recorded 6/29/72 'in Liber 7188 cp 321.'
