paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, at Fleets Neck,
Cutchogue, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of West Road, distant South 65
degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds West, 140 feet from a point on the southerly
side of West Road where the southerly line of West Road is intersected by the
westerly line of lands now or formerly of J.R. Nagle;
THENCE from said point of beginning running along other lands of James and
Susan Trentalange, the following two (2) courses and distances: (1 ) South
24 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds East, 220 feet; (2) South 20 degrees 22 minutes
40 seconds West, 95, 50 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Wickham Creek;
THENCE Northwesterly along the said ordinary high water mark of Wickham Creek
on a tie line course of North 69 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance
of 372.82 feet to a point on the southerly side of West Road;
THENCE North 65 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East, along the southerly line
of West Road, 304.85 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
BLOCK roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture 5o requires.
