Status: Under review Action: Review Lighting Plan. Attachments: Timeline/Overview Project name: Harbes Family Winery SCTM#: 1000-120-1-4 & 1000-112-1-7.1 Location: Northwest corner of Sound Avenue and Hallock Avenue in Mattituck Description: This site plan is for the addition of retail winery and wine production facilities to an existing farm stand. The overall property is 15.61 acres in the A-C Zoning District. Status: Site Plan Review Action: Review comments. Attachments: Staff Report & Timeline Project name: Sparkling Pointe Winery SCTM#: 100-59-10-1 Location: 39750 C.R. 48, Southold Description: This site plan is for the alteration of an existing building into a new winery totaling 11,541 sq. ft. that includes 813 sq. ft. of office, 837 sq. ft. for retail, 4,170 sq. ft. of a tasting room, 3,306 sq. ft. of storage area and 2,415 sq. ft. for production area on a 12.008-acre parcel in the A-C Zone. Status: Request for Final Inspection Action: Review draft letter of final inspection results. Attachments: Draft Letter Project name: East Marion Fire District SCTM#: 31-3-11.31 Location: 9245 Main Road, East Marion Description: This site plan is for the co-location of Cingular at 107’ height, on an approved neutral blue/gray 110' communications unipole tower with fire/police emergency communication mounted on a cross bar at 30’ and includes a 16’ x 22’ enclosure with a 6’ high fence on a 3.0583-acre split- zoned parcel in the R-40 & HB Zones. (2.59 acre) parcel in both the B, General Business, and R-40, Residential Zones. Status: Under review Action: Consider declaring Lead Agency for this Unlisted Action. Attachments: None Project name: Ioannou, Constantine SCTM#: 1000-23-1-14.7 & 23-2-5.6 Location: North side of SR 25, 4,848’ east of Kayleigh's Court in East Marion. Description: Standard subdivision of three lots on 6.8 acres where Lot 1 equals 92,332 sq. ft., Lot 2 equals 114,288 sq. ft., and Lot 3 equals 80,000 sq. ft. in the R-80 Zoning District. Status: Sketch Approval Action: Review memo to Trustees. Description: Standard subdivision of 11 acres into two lots, where Lot 1 equals 3.7 acres, including 1.4 acres of open space, and Lot 2 equals 7.6 acres, including 5 acres of open space, in the R-80 Zoning District.
