Project name: Breeze Hill Farm SCTM#: 1000-74-1-36
Location: 31215 CR 48, Peconic, 609' west of Henry's Lane, Peconic
Description: This proposed site plan is for a new horse barn (1,819 s.f.), a new farm
crop storage building/barn which will total 1,358 sq. ft., to build an
addition to a masonry building for a farm office (2,674 sq. ft) and to
convert a 1-story frame house to a farm stand (1,093 sq. ft.)
Status: Under review
Action: Review Lighting Plan.

Location: Northwest corner of Sound Avenue and Hallock Avenue in Mattituck
Description: This site plan is for the addition of retail winery and wine production
facilities to an existing farm stand. The overall property is 15.61 acres in
the A-C Zoning District.
Status: Site Plan Review

Location: 39750 C.R. 48, Southold
Description: This site plan is for the alteration of an existing building into a new winery
totaling 11,541 sq. ft. that includes 813 sq. ft. of office, 837 sq. ft. for
retail, 4,170 sq. ft. of a tasting room, 3,306 sq. ft. of storage area and
2,415 sq. ft. for production area on a 12.008-acre parcel in the A-C Zone.
Status: Request for Final Inspection
Action: Review draft letter of final inspection results.

Location: 9245 Main Road, East Marion
Description: This site plan is for the co-location of Cingular at 107’ height, on an
approved neutral blue/gray 110' communications unipole tower with
fire/police emergency communication mounted on a cross bar at 30’ and
includes a 16’ x 22’ enclosure with a 6’ high fence on a 3.0583-acre split-
zoned parcel in the R-40 & HB Zones.
Status: Request for Final Inspection

Description: This site plan is for the new construction of a 4,200 sq. ft. bank with two
drive-through bays on a previously developed 112,647 sq. ft. (2.59 acre)
parcel in both the B, General Business, and R-40, Residential Zones.
Status: Under review
Action: Consider declaring Lead Agency for this Unlisted Action.
