RUNNING THENCE Southwesterly along the Northwesterly side of
Broadwaters Road being an irregular curve on a tie line South 56
degrees, 23 minutes, 20 seconds West a tie distance of 77.34 feet
to the easterly side of Lot 253 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly line of Lot 253 aforesaid North"3'
