This letter is in response to our telephone conversation. In reviewing the concept site
plan application materials in our office, the Planning Board would require additional
information to proceed.
Town Code requires site plan approval for a winery and or tasting room. A site plan
application can be picked up at the Planning Boards Office if needed.
When you get closer to the concept site plan, we will be glad to set up a pre-submission
conference.

I want to elaborate on the attached so as to inform you that I did act on it.
Bruno and I did meet with Chris and his wife in mid-August. Though he had originally
stated he wanted to put in just a winery, at this meeting he threw around a lot of
additional hypothetical proposals including a tasting room in an existing building, an inn
or hotel, and a "sort of museum tour thing". It was difficult to help him with these
proposal extremes. We ended the meeting with him getting back to us with a better idea
of what he wants to do.
Since then we have not been contacted. If he did try to set a meeting "in early
September", I did not hear of it nor does Carol have any record of it. Also, about a week
ago Melissa had mentioned she had a meeting with him to whom I mentioned that we
were still waiting for Chris to get back to us.
All of this can be collaborated by Bruno.

Post Script: I just got offthe phone with Roz Baiz (18 SEP @ 1545) and yes, they have a
better idea about the winery and Chris Will call back to set up another meeting with me.
