Bruno and I did meet with Chris and his wife in mid-August. Though he had originally stated he wanted to put in just a winery, at this meeting he threw around a lot of additional hypothetical proposals including a tasting room in an existing building, an inn or hotel, and a "sort of museum tour thing". It was difficult to help him with these proposal extremes. We ended the meeting with him getting back to us with a better idea of what he wants to do. Since then we have not been contacted. If he did try to set a meeting "in early September", I did not hear of it nor does Carol have any record of it. Also, about a week ago Melissa had mentioned she had a meeting with him to whom I mentioned that we were still waiting for Chris to get back to us. All of this can be collaborated by Bruno. -Scott Post Script: I just got offthe phone with Roz Baiz (18 SEP @ 1545) and yes, they have a better idea about the winery and Chris Will call back to set up another meeting with me.
