Our rates are set for machines operated only on a single shift. If you operate your equipment during a second or third shift, the annual rate you pay will be higher. You may call for emergency repair or maintenance service during our normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. If IMS performs service outside those hours at your request, you will be billed for hours worked at the then prevailing overtime rate. Lubricants and other materials needed to service your equipment, except consumable supplies such as ink rollers and meter tapes, are provided without additional charge. Not included as normal wear is coverage for repairs made necessary due to negligence, misuse, external forces, loss of electrical power, power fluctuation, non-IM$ service or the use of supplies not meeting our specifications. Service and Maintenance support to be provided under this agreement does not include repairs, replacement parts and labor caused by, arising from, related to, or made necessary by operating system or application software, firmware, or other programmed code internal or external to the covered equipment. If you replace the equipment covered by this agreement prior to the expiration date, we will continue coverage on any qualifying replacement IMS equipment as a convenience to you. This coverage will be billed at the then prevailing annual rate. If you do not elect to continue coverage on the replacement equipment you may cancel this agreement within 30 days after the date of the invoice for your replacement equipment. If you acquire an attachment for your covered equipment or add a unit to a covered integrated system, we will provide coverage for any qualifying attachment or unit and adjust your rate accordingly.
