I am interested in purchasing property located at 69700 Main
Greenport. It is my understanding that it is industrial property.

On this land, I would like to build a driving range for golf and
possibly, batting cages either now or at a later time.
Before I get involved purchasing this property, I was advised by
someone at Town Hall that you would be the person that could best advise
me regarding any restrictions for building on this land.
I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience as I
do not want to purchase this land and find out later there are restrictions
prohibiting this type of construction.
